MopnStop™ is currently focused on one product: MopnStop™ Pet-Safe Lavender Floor Cleaner, a lavender-based floor cleaning product designed for pet-friendly homes when used as directed.

MopnStop™ currently offers MopnStop™ Pet-Safe Lavender Floor Cleaner.

MopnStop™ is intended for household floor cleaning on compatible sealed surfaces, including sealed vinyl, tile, and sealed wood floors, when used as directed. Customers should always follow the product directions and patch-test before use, especially on delicate, unfinished, unsealed, or specialty surfaces.

MopnStop™ is not a pesticide, flea treatment, veterinary treatment, or replacement for professional pest control. Any reference to helping make pet spaces feel less inviting to fleas is intended to describe the product’s household cleaning and scent-based positioning and should not be interpreted as a pesticide, insecticide, extermination, prevention, or treatment claim.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and information. However, product colors, packaging appearance, label presentation, or product images may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, or updates to our packaging.

Product descriptions, images, ingredients, directions, packaging, and availability may be updated from time to time at our discretion.

SECTION 3 — PRE-ORDERS AND LIMITED FIRST BATCH

MopnStop™ may be offered as a pre-order before full production, general release, or larger inventory availability.

By placing a pre-order, you understand that the product may not be ready to ship immediately. Your pre-order reserves your place for MopnStop™ from the first limited production batch.

Estimated shipping windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production, packaging, labeling, fulfillment, carrier availability, or supplier timing may affect shipment dates.

Early pre-sale units may arrive in limited pre-sale packaging while our final bottle design is prepared for larger production. The formula, usage directions, and product purpose remain the same. Packaging differences alone do not qualify as a product defect.

If there is a material delay or change affecting your pre-order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email address provided at checkout.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS

When you place an order or pre-order, you are making an offer to purchase. MopnStop reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory limitations, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or product availability.

For pre-orders, the estimated shipping window begins after production is completed and the product is ready for fulfillment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain issues, incorrect shipping information, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss may pass to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by law. If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us promptly as described in our Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before the order has shipped.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer available. Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the request and may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Packaging differences related to limited pre-sale packaging do not qualify as a defect as long as the formula, usage directions, and product purpose remain the same.
